Where is my order?

Solution Orders placed before 2pm are usually shipped the same day. An email is sent to inform you of the shipping.
Sometimes an item on your order may be more popular than expected and we will run out.
We re-order from our suppliers automatically and so there is not long to wait.
You should receive your order within 3 working days even if we have to wait for a delivery from one of our suppliers.
If you are still waiting after 3 working days and we have not written to you, please let us know.
