How to Order

Solution Our ordering system is very simple to use and is totally secure.

To start, click on the 'Add to cart' button for the product you wish to purchase. This will take you to the shopping cart page, with your product shown, usually in a quantity of ONE. If you require another quantity of this product, change the quantity using your mouse and keyboard to the quantity required.

Then please tell us your country using the the drop down list (just below your total). Select UK, Channel Isles, Eire, Europe EEC or USA and then press the 'RECALCULATE' button. The shopping cart will automatically adjust the total, including any quantity discounts, delivery cost and UK/EEC sales tax (VAT). No sales tax is charged on Channel Isles, USA and some other orders.
If you wish to add more products, now click on the 'CONTINUE SHOPPING' button to return to the product pages.(Your purchases are stored in a cookie so you must have cookies enabled on your computer.)

CHECK OUT

To finish your order click on the 'GO TO PAYMENTS' button. Enter your personal details putting your postal address, telephone

number and email. Please take particular care with your email address, if it is wrongly spelt we will not be able to contact you. If you are paying by debit/credit card the postal address should be the same as the card. You can put a delivery address below if required.

Click on 'CONTINUE'

You will now see a summary of your order and you will need to choose your payment method. Select from the list and press 'CONTINUE'

If you selected Credit Card OR Paypal you will be taken to the SECURE pages for these services. Please follow the instructions given on these pages. If you have an agreed account with us you will be asked for an order number. If you wish to pay by cheque then select this option and follow the on screen instructions.

FINALLY

You will receive an email from us confirming your order, EXCEPT in the case of Paypal who will send you their own receipt instead. When we despatch your order we will send you another email with delivery details. If you order before 2pm on a weekday, we normally ship the same day. (subject to stock being available)

PHONE ORDERS

We do not accept orders by phone.
